Do you do repairs?
Yes. Choose Repair in the form below and we will call to discuss a visit. You can also call or text (786) 822-6861 directly. The $99 diagnostic is credited toward your repair.
If your system is nearing the end of its life, we’ll show you replacement options too, instead of an expensive repair that won’t hold.
What happens on a repair visit?
We start with what you are noticing and check the basics. Then we run our 9-point system check, in the same order every time, so nothing gets skipped or guessed.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. New systems include our 1-Year Labor Warranty and our System Workmanship Warranty, which covers our installation work for as long as you own your home. Repairs include a 90-Day Repair Warranty on the repair we perform.
Do you offer financing?
Monthly payments are available on qualifying installs. We review real numbers with you at the house.
What brands do you work on?
All the major brands. When a new system is the right call, we size it for your home and Miami humidity, not whatever is cheapest on the truck.
What areas do you serve?
South Florida, including Miami-Dade and nearby communities. Share your city when we call and we will confirm coverage.
How fast can you install?
Timing depends on equipment and the job. After the visit, you will have a clear timeline.
