Do you charge for the visit?
Replacement quotes are free — no trip fee, no obligation. We inspect your system, then walk you through clear options.
Diagnostic and repair visits are $99, prepaid when you book. That $99 is credited toward your repair once we're at the house.
Do you do repairs?
Yes. Repair calls are scheduled by phone so we can ask the right questions first — call or text (786) 822-6861. The diagnostic is $99, prepaid to book, and it comes off your repair bill.
If your system is at the end of its life, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a repair that won't hold.
Do you offer financing?
Monthly payments are available on qualifying installs. We review real numbers with you at the house.
What brands do you install?
We install major brands sized for your home and Miami humidity, not whatever is cheapest on the truck.
What areas do you serve?
South Florida, including Miami-Dade and nearby communities. Share your city when we call and we will confirm coverage.
How fast can you install?
Timing depends on equipment and the job. After the visit, you will have a clear timeline.
