1. Who we are
Sunny Coast AC is the retail brand of Cool Now South Florida LLC (“we,” “us”). Website: sunnycoastac.com. FL License: CAC1825130.
2. What we collect
When you contact us or download a guide, we may collect:
- Name and contact info (email, phone)
- Message content you send us (texts, emails, form notes)
- Basic technical data (browser type, device, pages visited) via standard hosting logs
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Why we collect it
- Respond to service requests and schedule work
- Deliver guides by email and service-related messages you asked for
- Improve quality and scheduling (including recordings / AI-assisted handling; see below)
4. Call & text recording / AI-assisted systems
Florida is a two-party consent state. Calls and texts to Sunny Coast AC may be recorded and/or handled by automated or AI-assisted systems for quality and scheduling. By calling or texting us, you consent to this.
Our phone line should also announce recording where required (operations note).
5. SMS terms (TCPA)
Service messages only. If you check the optional texting box on our quote request forms, you agree to receive service-related texts from Sunny Coast AC — appointment scheduling, technician arrival updates, and quotes. Up to 6 messages per month. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

The free AC guide at sunnycoastac.com/guide/ is delivered by email only. Checking the texting box is not required to get service, and it is never pre-checked. If you give us your phone number when you request a quote, a member of our team may call or text you personally about that request — that is how we schedule your visit.

6. How we share information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use service providers (scheduling, messaging, hosting, automation tools) only as needed to run the business and deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell lists. We may disclose information if required by law.
7. Data retention & security
We keep contact and job records as long as needed for service, warranty, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
8. Your choices
- Opt out of service texts anytime (STOP)
- Email or text us to update or delete contact info where practical
- Do not submit info you do not want us to store
9a. Diagnostic fee, credit, and refunds
Repair and diagnostic appointments require a $99 diagnostic fee, paid at the time of booking. The fee reserves your appointment slot.
- The $99 is credited toward the cost of your repair when our technician arrives and you approve the work.
- If we are unable to make the appointment, the $99 is refunded in full.
- If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, the $99 is refunded or transferred to the new appointment.
- If our technician arrives and no one is home, or access to the equipment is not available, the fee is not refunded.
- Replacement and new-system quotes carry no fee and no trip charge.
Repair pricing beyond the diagnostic is quoted flat, in writing, before any work begins.
9. Website terms
Site content is for general information about Sunny Coast AC services in South Florida. Service availability varies. Quotes are honored as written. Diagnostic fees are governed by §9a. We may update this site and these terms without notice. Brand art and the Sunny mascot are our intellectual property. Do not copy them.
